Sanctuary Church of Jacksonville was founded on the principles of the early church — gathering together, sharing life, and walking through deep discipleship. We're not trying to fill an arena. We're here to raise leaders.
Led by Pastors Connie and Dwight Cenac, our church was born out of decades of real-world ministry — from the healthcare industry to missions spanning six continents. Before “marketplace ministry” was a term, the Cenacs were living it — mentoring, serving, and sharing the gospel wherever God placed them.
This is a place where faith is tested, refined, and made real. Where trials become triumphs. Where you're not just welcomed — you're invested in.

God's Timetable: The Seventy Weeks of Daniel | Pastor Connie Cenac
In this message, Pastor Connie Cenac takes us deep into one of the most significant, and most challenging, messianic prophecies in the Old Testament: the Seventy Weeks of Daniel. Starting with God's plan to redeem His creation through Israel, she traces the story from Israel's exile into Babylon and Jeremiah's letter to the captives, to Daniel's prayer and the angel Gabriel's answer revealing a prophetic "clock" of 490 years. Pastor Connie walks through the history step by step: Artaxerxes' decree to rebuild Jerusalem recorded in Nehemiah 2, the 483 years leading to Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem, the Messiah being "cut off," and the destruction of Jerusalem in AD 70. She then explains the "missing" 70th week, the seven-year tribulation, why she believes the church will be taken out before God's wrath is poured out, and what is happening in Jerusalem today as preparations for temple worship move forward. Most of all, this is a message of hope: God's timing is perfect. Quenching the Fire Pt 3 — The Unforgiving Heart
You will never walk in the power of God with an unforgiving heart. In Part 3 of Quenching the Fire, Pastor Connie turns to one of the biggest fire extinguishers of all — unforgiveness. Beginning with God's case against Israel in Micah 6 and the parable of the unforgiving servant in Matthew 18, she walks through what mercy actually costs us, and why the clearest evidence that someone has truly been born of the Spirit is their willingness to forgive. This message doesn't pretend forgiveness is easy. Pastor Connie speaks directly to those carrying real wounds — betrayal, abandonment, abuse — and acknowledges that the suffering is real and forgiving is difficult, but not impossible.
